Praise is due to Allah whose worth cannot be described by speakers, whose bounties cannot be counted by calculators and whose claim (to obedience) cannot be satisfied by those who attempt to do so, whom the height of intellectual courage cannot appreciate, and the divings of understanding cannot reach; He for whose description no limit has been laid down, no eulogy exists, no time is ordained and no duration is fixed. Our Constitution as a KCL Society: The Ahlul Bayt Society promotes common human values and morality and seeks to raise awareness of the Islamic teachings of the Ahlul Bayt school of thought. Thus, events shall be inclusive of all King’s students and will actively propagate and endorse the involvement and participation of all members regardless of ethnic, religious or social background. At the same time, the Society will cater for the specific social, academic, intellectual and cultural needs of the Muslim students who follow the aforementioned school of thought.
